How come there's printed on a product package "light duty" as opposed to commonly claimed "heavy duty" by other suggesting high quality product?

Is the manufacturer simply humble, admits its product is standard or lower quality or what's actually the market product convention?

on drill chuck light duty is also a question of maximum torque , if you drill wood or plastic drilling torque will be lower than drilling steel and that more true when you go in big drill diameter

Instead, that term would be applied to avoid warranty claims when someone breaks the chuck by overloading it.
