ADR1001 - Ovenized Voltage Reference System

Question:

Since the ADR1001 is housed in a leadless E-20-1 hermetic ceramic package, would it worth using a milled PCB to help the 1001 reach its working temperature just like it is used with the LTZ1000 ?

The demo board from AD has a milled PCB. A construction with reduced heat flow makes absolute sense. The other thing is to reduce mechanical stress.
