Does anyone have the calibration coefficients for the Anritsu 22NF50 Open/Short VNA calibration standard ?

Each individual open/short will have its own unique cal coefficients.

I do not think Anritsu would go into trouble of characterizing individual standards for a commodity grade VNAs. HP did not do that.

Does Anritsu even recommend the use of the 22NF50 for VNA's? I thought that only sold it for scalar use.

With the outside screw terminals you will need an additional adapter anyway, so I do not see much benefit in accurate delay parameters. You can get those using another cal set with known delays and make a comparison.

This is for measuring DUTs with N-female ports, so no external adapters needed if i understood your comment correctly.
