Why semi-precision?
I'd say that hermetic sealing give them long term stability and make them suitable for metrology-grade applications.
P.S. I own 4 of these, all with T.C. of about 1ppm/C.

The digital readout on the meter is a good example of why we must be careful with majuscule and minuscule prefixes:
1 P \$\Omega\$ = 1 kV / pA = 1 V / fA.

Looks like they used some insulator made out of PEEK. Could you take a detailed picture of how the leads are attached to the bobbin and how they attached the wire to the leads? Thanks.

In the third photo of the second post, there are folding petals.  They are clearly visible on the side cage. The resistor leads are made of magnetic material and have a high thermo efm.

I have count 160 turns. What is the diameter of the ceramic core? And the length between the first turn and the last one?

If the number of turns is correct, then I think that it should be 0.025mm wire.

    2*Pi*((7.487-0.025-0.025)/2) * 160 turns = 3.738 meters
    3.738 m * 2689 ohms/m = 10,052 ohms !

not bad result.
for me additionally interesting would be if there is any hysteresis (or permanent shift) when cycling back to cold values.
