Does anyone have the documentation or owns a DC VOLTAGE CURRENT STANDARD CALIBRATOR EDC CR-13R. I was thinking on acquiring one of that but I can't find any documentation, even on the obsolete list of Krohn-Hite. Is it a reliable standard?

I think you mean the CR-103R

Nope. I wish I had taken the one you refer to - plenty of documentation. But it may be the same circuitry minus the gauge. See the picture from an auction on ebay:
