Thought the following pictures of the inside of an earlier manufactured SR 1050 might be of interest after looking at this thread ;

and yes I was veerrrry careful not to touch anything ! as much as all that sparkly gold invites one too  :D.

Thanks very much for the inside photos.
I don't like the way that esi trim those mica resistors at all especially the resistance is very high.
