Fluke 5502A
« on: January 23, 2024, 07:13:39 am »
Hello Guys,
I need your experiences regarding the faulty Fluke 5502A.
The device completes the diagnostic test without any problems. But there is a problem with the current outputs. There is no problem up to 330mA, but after 330mA level I get meaningless outputs. For example, at DC 500mA, I get a value like -100mA.
In AC, it gives almost half of the set value.
Maybe it can give you an idea, A7 these parts were defective and I replaced them with new ones.
R59:100 ohms
Q10:MJE15029 (I installed MJE15031 instead)
Q21:MPS6560
R69-R71: 10 ohms. It was a little burnt on top, but it showed the correct value. I replaced it with a new one.
