Hi all,
I recently grabbed a functional 931B (including even a fully working battery option), and am going through assessing its condition.

I'd appreciate if anyone else having this can confirm the 2-13(i) step in the Operational Test sequence should return slight fluctuations of the needle (as opposed to solid "zero" indication). I assume this is OK - I get excursions of the needle of about .5 scale units around zero - but could use a confirmation.

Thanks!
