Fluke application note about DMM test / calibration
« on: May 31, 2016, 06:25:05 am »
Fluke just has sent me a nice application note: "A generic DMM test and calibration strategy".

It can be found here: http://us.flukecal.com/node/19698

This AN describes the basic building blocks of a DMM, and how to verify its performance.

I used such a procedure, to evaluate the 34465A/470A, and to identify the errors of the 100V/1kV DCV ranges.

Recycled, obviously, as Fluke recycles many DMM stuff from Wavetek / Datron.
