Looking for a high voltage SMU (1kV)
« on: January 15, 2025, 07:51:19 am »
Do any of you have a SMU that can reach 1kV level? I’d like to do a simple (remote) experiment but my SMUs only reach 210V. Keithley 2410, 2470 or 2657 models would be ideal.

We are investigating switching losses of power transistors and we need to measure the output capacitance in a particular way.

I would really appreciate if you can help perform the experiment.

PS. I'd need to log the data. I know this is simple on 2470 but no clue how simple that would be on the other models.
