Arroyo TECSource 5305 is arrived. I've little bit repair & service it. (dust clean, replace VFD, update FW).

Now my "TEC-TRIAX-Keysight-Keithley low current box"  >:D is accomplished  8)







SHOWTIME!

TCR measuring of old fashion 1T USSR resistor in +10°C...+45°C range.
КВМ 1000ГОм 10% (KVM 1000G 10%) MFD:1977 year.


DUT powered by Keithley 2450 SMU, voltage is fixed at 100V. DUT current measured by Keysight B2985A.


Blue line - Ambient temperature TI TMP117
Yellow line - PID-loop temperature Epcos B57703M0103G000 (placed directly on TRIAX-box metall case)
Green line - DUT air temperature E+E Elektronik EE07-PFT (placed into TRIAX-box)
Red line - DUT humidity air E+E Elektronik EE07-PFT (placed into TRIAX-box)
Purple line - DUT current

Measure data:
Temperature(C)Current(pA)P-P noise(ppm)
45,05102,003761

9,94105,2466540

Result: TCR is +888 ppm/°C (+10°C...+45°C range)

Also, as you can see, when temperature is drop it is also dropped P-P noise.
Dear HighVoltage, i'm sooooo sorry, but i can't answer to your question without liquid nitrogen :) :) :) :) (I am ashamed... now my measurements is very noisy ....)

Soon i begin tested 1T Mini-MOX... please wait...

My eyes all broken trying to count zeroes on current scale :) Just use engineering notation, readers will say thank you..
Or you could recalculate resistance already for the graph.

You might want to use pure copper crocodile clips

Nope, i don't think that.
My project share by GPLv3 license, it is absolutely free. All my soft and lab i use just for hobby and fun. Unfortunately i do not have many time for it, but sometimes i can share my time for that...

Result: TCR is -186 ppm/°C (+10°C...+45°C range) Looks like littlebit not a linear TCR curve.
TEC it's good tools, earlier i think TCR is about 1000ppm/°C but i was wrong :palm:, now i can find true values and get much stable readings :popcorn:

My extremely small and high value resistors boxes, for express check electrometer on all ranges from 200 nA to 2 pA:

Okay! 1 year past!
I repeat measure and detect a drift is only -69 ppm/year.  :o
Now that reference prepared for transfer to another ampernuts.  :-DMM
