Hi Tony,
Somehow I missed this message, so sorry for the late answer.
Are you looking at the actual output of the CW25 or the output of the Westport unit? They probably aren't the same. I'm guessing that there's a processor in the Westport unit that could change the output of the CW25 to something that the rest of the Westport system wants to see.
The CW25-TIM was produced with an unknown number of software versions. The two main versions were a NMEA generic version and a version that emulated the Motorola Oncore receivers. Yours looks like yet another version as shown by the 'WPR' (i.e.
West
Port
Research) on the end of the model number shown in the Realterm display. There's no way to tell what customizations were made.
The only way to move forward would be to reflash the CW25 to one of the standard loads which Lady Heather understands. Coincidentally, with the GPS rollover coming up, Connor-Winfield, Navsync's parent company, has released updated firmware for some of the CW25 versions. You'll be wandering around in the dark, but you might be able to find something useful. Of course, this could break the Westport unit, so move carefully! Once you flash the unit, you can't revert to the original load, so make sure you really want to do this!!
