Pendulum (or) RAPCO (or) Spectracom 2804 GPS master Clock - attempting repair...

Greetings.

Picked up a faulty ... 2804 GPS Master Clock at a locan flea market.
Fault indicated: "Locks anywhere near 10 MHz +/- 5Hz" And yes, when turning on and after acquiring some sattelites, it ends up -5Hz.

The OCXO is a RAKON CFPO-D03 51B S12. By the look of it, I think that the footprints is also used by several other brands.

Searching the internet for any of the brands + 2804 returns no information other than notice of "obsolesence".
It was manufactured in 2008.

Anyone having access to a manual with schematics?
