Hi,
Did you ever get your hands on some documentation for the Penn Airborne resistors?
I have 5 of these, but any solid information on these seems to have evaporated.

I would be interested as well.

I own one of the 100 gigohm units. So it would be nice to know the max applied voltage as well as the temperature and voltage coefficients. But maybe I'm asking for too much...

I find it pretty strange that no product information is avaliable online. Guildline makes an adapter specifically for these units, so there must have been a large number of these produced. I get the feeling that these standards were made for the US millitary and somehow escaped Uncle Sam's grasp and got out into the wild.

Nah, you aren't asking for too much.

Posting this, so that there is some form of documentation on these units on the internet somewhere. Please see attached.

Edit: Extended scan area so as much of the document can be retained as possible. Some of the nominal values are cut off (they are cut off on the original document that I scanned in, so nothing can be done there), but you can see which resistor spec applies to what by the "Part Number" column. Or you can convert from scientific notation.

Sorry I was bored.

So everyone is clear, Calibration = Taking Measurement against a known source, Verification = Checking Calibration against Specification, Adjustment = Adjusting the unit to be within specifications.

Thank you. This will help if people are trying to search for the units by part number, on top of clarity/formatting/etc.
