Request for Power Level Meter Operations and Service Manual

Does anyone have a scanned or digital copy of the subject manual for an Arbiter Model 1096A Power Level Meter they could send to me?  I have this test equipment, used with a Keithley Model 199 DMM/scanner, to measure RF power output in conjunction with a thermister mount.  I know there are other, possibly simpler, commercial solutions available, but this one is a challenge.  Thank you for your patience and kindness!
