Solartron 7066 EPROM firmware wanted

Hello
I am looking for an eprom program for my meter.
Unfortunately, he died some time ago. One of the eproms has lost its contents and I need a batch to reacquire my favorite old meter.
I will be very grateful for helping to feed the furniture, which will become my favorite toy for more difficult repairs.
This device was under two logos. Internally, they are identical.
(get different results with subsequent reads with my programmer/reader).

What is the difference to the Solartron 7065 that i have?
The pictures in the web show, maybe, the same items.

It has one downward ohmmeter range, another digital part around the processor.
7065
- 1 pcs EPROM
- 1 pcs RAM
7066
- 2 pcs EPROM
- 2 pcs RAM

I found so many differences while looking at the documentation.

I'm still looking for an EPROM. Unfortunately, the notification did not arrive and I only looked at the website today. The meter is lying there and screaming for a dunk.

Hi Chris,
From the picture, I'd say that a 7066 is a 7065 with a "data store" option.
I have a few 7065's, found the schematics & such  on-line, and have repaired these units before.

Thanks. I no longer have the 7066, but did copy the eproms. Image files attached. Also have a 7081, which had psu fault on receipt, but fine now and quite stable, though the hpib control sometimes has to wait for the auto zero run, usually a few seconds every 15 minutes or so...

In the schematic on page 235 is a ROM called item next to the MCU. Part no IC32. MC68317

Does anyone have a service manual for the 7066.
My device is labeled "Kontron Messcomputer 4066".
I have just seen a 7066 on ebay and am no longer sure whether it is a 7065 or a 7066.
I'll take some pictures of the inside in the next few days and post them here for identification purposes.

It´s easy to test without opening the covers.
Measurement may be 1,5433 V DC or so.
If there is the yellow "STORE"-key, press it and the display will show " S _ _ " .
Now you can enter a store-location between 5 and 29.
With the "ENTER"-key (key V DC ) the measurement will be stored.
Change the measurement - 0 V Dc or so.
Recall with "STORE" , "S _ _ " , "5" , "RECALL" (key kOhm) , the stored measurement will be shown.
If it works so, it´s a 7066 ! (or a KONTRON4066 or a R&S UDS6 ... or ? ?)

To tell the truth - I have the complete manuals - service and users ... BUT it´s not possible for me
to scan over 600 pages !  :'(  AND I will not give them out of my hands.
If there are some fails or questions I will try to add the regarding diagrams - but it will take time !

Sorry, I´m from Hannover/Germany.

Yesterday I have compared the service-manuals 7065 and 7066.
There are 4 different drawings only: integrator, floating logic, data control / microprocessor and keyboard.
The user manual shows 16 additional pages ( description STORE-handling ).
If one has downloaded the 7065 manuals from the wellknown internet-pages, the drawings are 100% better
than that what I have !
I will scan the different parts - BUT give me some time - my very old book-scanner works under WIN98 ! !

I am now sure that I have a 7066.
The UDS6 also has the store button like my Kontron.
Attached are two descriptions in German which I once downloaded from Singer.
(only one. The Solartron document is to big. 6MB.)

I just have scaned the Solartron7066 pages that are different to the 7065.
I also found the check-sum for the 3 EPROM-bin-codes
I have added on my first post.

I have now also packed the too large Solartron document, split it into two parts and attached them in two separate posts.
Because only files with valid extensions may be attached here, please rename the files as follows:
