solartron 7075

i have the solartron 7075,it has its inputs dead/deaf,does anyone know what board/pcb handles the input sampling?.

There is a service manual with quite some description floating around.
A first point to check is the supplies.

Before looking at the ADC I would check the input amplifier, as this should be relatively easy.
The solartron meter is using a chopper stabilized input amplifier, with an LDR based chopper and discrete JFET based fast amplifier part.

The meter is not really using sampling, but integration at the input. So the readings are the avearge over a certain time (e.g. 1 second).
For the ADC a good test point is the integrator output, to check if the expected waveform is present.
