I read a number of descriptions and watched a couple of youtube videos so it sounds like the sort of thing I need for my 3 node distributed system but what's it like to actually implement in practice? Will a variable network latency or missing messages cause it to fail and give bogus non-sensical results, or will it be obvious that something is wrong and the data shouldn't be trusted?
