6502 Resurrected

Probably old news for some of kids posting here, but I found the resurrection of the 6502 microprocessor somewhat interesting.

Seems more like a nostalgia toy than anything else. Or perhaps a drop-in replacement part for damaged old equipment.

Come on, this is serious business and a seriously powerful chip! Iran could use it to do nuclear weapons simulation or something. The technology must be protected at all costs ::)

last year i ordered some 6522 i/os directly from WDC, no issues at all, mouser is funny
