95320 eeprom reader

Little confused about which read/writer I need. They seem to be cheap on ebay?

I want to read the data on one eeprom and write it to a new one.

ch341 is supposed to do the job,  bit they will come mostly wothout the software   AsProgrammer or NeoProgrammer  will do
