The Designer’s Guide to the Cortex-M Processor Family 2ed

Does anyone have this book  https://www.amazon.co.uk/Designers-Guide-Cortex-M-Processor-Family/dp/0081006292 by Trevor Martin of Hitex.

There is supposed to be a download of a Hitex Utilities Pack available from the publishers site http://booksite.elsevier.com/9780081006290 but it doesn't exist in the downloadable zipfile.  This pack is needed by the examples  in the last couple of chapters of the book. 

Does anyone have a copy?

Edit:

Fair play to the authour, he sent me a link to the missing pack when I contacted him.  Hopefully he'll also update  the zipfile on the elsevier companion webpage.

Isn't that what Examples/12.3 Component/Pack/CMSIS_Pack_Example.zip is for? The contents of that ZIP file are identical to those illustrated in Figure 12.25 of the book.

No, that's not it.  The pack is used in examples 10.5, 11.1 (possibly elsewhere).
