AD6528 pinout?

Hi,
I'm looking for pinout/complete datasheet for AD6528. Exact model is .. DABCZ

There is a basic datasheet available on the net, but complete data seems to be under NDA..
The chip is quite old, so I would assume someone might have the information needed :-)
I'm looking for a JTAG or other means to easily dump the contents of a connected flash

I'm resurrecting this, as I'm still looking for a complete datasheet.
It seems very elusive. I need a way to dump the flash via the CPU (non-invasive method)
