An old 40-pin PIC dev board

I picked this up at my local surplus store and was wondering if anyone recognized it or perhaps has used it once upon a time...
It has a LM34 (TMP1) and a MAX522 DAC on board.

P.S. If you follow the picbook.com link to Dr. Peatman's web site at the bottom of the page, you can download the schematic and other chapters as PDFs for free (not the whole book).
