Looks like an ASIC of some kind from AMI. If it is an ASIC, you are not likely going to stumble onto a datasheet easily.

I believe @relic38 is correct. The part number appears to be "C2010". My initial through was the 2010 was a date code. Then again ceramic construction for a part made in year 2010 would have been strange.

Another random thought. AMI was bought out by on-semi in 2007 ish from what I remember. Archive.orgs wayback machine has a copy of their website before the merger. The logo looks strange though, not an AMI logo I've seen before. Still I'd guess it is a prototype of an ASIC, which might explain the ceramic package.

It appears AMI changed their logo at some point in the late 80's or in the 90's. If I am reading the date code correctly the part was made in 1973. At that time ceramic construction would not have been unheard of. Not sure if it is a prototype since I am able to find a released product that use the part.
