anyone know what software for this one ?

bought this in a boot sale .it powers up ok .but its got no brand name .anyone seen one before.looks like there room for other mcu's on there.

All I'm seeing is a very poor quality photo of a bunch of generic IC components. Without any circuit board markings, it's hard to tell, unless someone recognises the board layout.
