ART UP-1 Universal programmer on a 64 bit Win OS?
« on: March 17, 2013, 11:51:30 am »
I changed my laptop from a 32 bit ( with XP ) to a 64 bit one ( with Win 7 ) and struggled to get my ART UP-1 universal programmer to work on it - it would not find the USB driver that I had downloaded and installed from ART's website. I only then noticed that the downloads are only for the 32bit computers!!!  :palm:

I have just emailed their technical support asking about 64 bit software and while I am waiting for a reply wonder if anyone here has managed to get the UP1 working on a 64bit Win 7 OS laptop/PC?
You can do anything with the right attitude and a hammer.

You could reinstall using 32 bit Windows 7.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.
