I would like to avoid using any type of software PWM and get 4 hardware PWM outputs from an ATtiny816.

The datasheet says that TCA can be put into a "split mode" where additional PWM channels can be added.

I have very little experience at the hardware level of AVR and I am not sure where to start. Although I am learning, I am not sure how to follow the split mode initialization(screenshot included)

Does anyone here have experience with this?

Thank you in advance!

Microchip app note TB3217: Getting Started with TCA contains an example of split mode.
