PTP (IEEE 1588) on Raspberry Pi Pico

Is there a project for implementing a PTP (IEEE 1588) time server on a RP2350 or RP2040? Ideally, it should also support forwarding some network ports to/from some UART or SPI devices for other network functionality as well as implement a NTP time server. Its time reference will be a PPS, UART, and 10MHz signals from a GPSDO.

I assume it's more or less a matter of connecting it to a PHY chip and using the PIO blocks to do the timing critical stuff.
