C166 DSP lib [Solved]

Hi,
For a legacy product, I am searching the C166 DSP lib files (maybe a .zip archive) with the source files Fir_16.c FloattoQ15.c Q15toFloat.c ,...
If you know how to find it, I cannot download legacy uVision2 on the Keil website.
