can I use the on-board programmer/debugging to debug other PIC series 16,18

 Hello my name is Sundaram I’m from India; I’m having “PIC32 USB STARTER KIT” which is having on board programmer/debugging (ICSP JTAG)
Pins used for programmer/debugging are below
 DBG_PGD
 DBG_PGC
 DBG_MCLR   

Now my doubt is… can I use the on-board programmer/debugging to programmer and debug other PIC series Micro like PIC16, PIC18….?
