This is my first attempt to use the CTMU to measure capacitance. The code is to setup AN5 for the capacitance measurement, it then sends a pulse to an FPGA that creates the Edge1 and Edge2 pulses for the CTMU. The problem is, it does not appear to be charging the capacitor. I removed the capacitor and used a scope to view the output, I was expecting a rapid ramp to the 3.3V rail, because of the low capacitance, but nothing happens. Also the ADC conversion is never kicked off by the CTMU.
Attached is the code along with a picture of the scope capture. The blue trace is a trigger to the FPGA to generate Edge1 and Edge2, Scope is set for 10us per division. The red trace goes to CTED6 and the green trace goes to CTED13. The gold trace at the top is the voltage on AN5. As you can see the current source never turns on for whatever reason, and the trace stays at zero.
Any help greatly appreciated!
