Title: Connecting Data I/O 201 eprom programmer to laptop running windows 10 need info

I have a Data I/O eprom programmer that I would like to hook up to a laptop running Windows 10. Can it be done with Windows 10 using Promlink 6.1 and if so do I need a standard RE232 cable or one with pin 2 & 3 crossed over ? Thanks in advance !!
