Datasheet/info on this Led Badge microcontroller CH582M / 1091TC37

Hi there,

I bought this Bluetooth controlled B1144 Led Badge module and would like to get the datasheet or more info on the microcontroller used in it.
Can't seem to find anything on the manufacturer (HDM?) or the IC: CH582M  1091TC37.

It comes from the famous Chinese semiconductor manufacturer WCH(南京沁恒), here is the datasheet but it's in Chinese.
