Dumping stlinkv2 from usb

Hello, is there a way to dump a protected stlinkv2 firmware without using uart?

If you want to make your own STlink, just flash the bootloader with this, download ST-Link utility and update the firmware.
v2.0 is for 64KB-only STM32F103, v2.1 is for 128KB.

yes, I'm interested to make another stlink but I've already one and I want to save his firmware.. I read some articles like this https://www.eevblog.com/forum/microcontrollers/dumping-and-reverse-engineering-st-link-v22-1-firmware/ but I don't undertand ho to use st link dumper and how to connect stlink.
