ESP8266 Forum - www.esp8266.com - already 2 days DOWN?

Has anybody any idea what's behind the big downtime of the main ESP8266 Forum?

Heard some rumours about a heavy DOS attack followed by a hostile takeover and all info+accounts lost.

Others are saying that it was Espressif itself...sounds quite a stupid idea.

Now in Austria, but didn't work also in Germany yesterday.

Then looks like all OK out there, just not accesbile from some places/networks. Misteries of Cloud hosting

check your dns servers on your computer(s)
change them to the global google dns 8.8.8.8 just to check.

Done it. I was not DNS, something else somewhere. Now is OK also here.
