Fix esp8266 ch340G adapter programming

After receiving one these little adapters for the ESP-01 to get rid of the messy adapters/wiring I had always used, I discovered they can't set the esp8266 in flash mode automatically like nodeMCU board does.
No surprises here, coming from aliexpress  . Anyways, I didn't want to do the "fix" found on the net, gluing a switch, uhh ugly messy patch. And always needing to push the button.
So instead I copied the circuit from nodeMCU board, with SMDs it keeps tidy and it works great!
Furthermore, I made an artificial "via" (a damn hole!) below the CH340 to pass the wires, to avoid wrapping them around the board. Some glue to protect everything, and done!
I don't know if this has already been done, probably did, but didn't found the fix specifically for this adapter.
