Fujitsu MB90F342CAS mcu, how to clone?

Need to clone a Fujitsu MB90F342CAS mcu
From what I can see the mcu have RS232 serial com, and by pulling MD0 low a boot loader should be active after restart.

Mcu also have security pins, not able to confirm if set.

So question is: Is there a way to clone this MCU? and what software to use?
