Hoe to Cool Microcontroller TMS320 Series
« on: August 26, 2023, 09:10:52 am »
I have a downhole tool. This tool is equipped with a TMS320 series microcontroller. In this tool, when the temperature goes above 75-70°C, the output data is not correct. How can I reduce the heat of the microwave? Can I use a heatsink? In datasheet Operating free-air temperature ranges are −40°C to 85°C.
