Title: How to find all available SDR / DDR1 SDRAM on aliexpress?

My question is already in the title, just to clarify:

1. I need external SDR or DDR1 SDRAM for my next project
2. I do not care if it comes in TSSOP or BGA (if pitch is not <0.8mm)
3. I already looked at mouser but most of the results I get with parametric search are not available on aliexpress (where it is usually cheaper)
4. I do not know what SMD SDR / DDR1 chips are available on aliexpress due to no parametric search, therefore I am asking if anyone could share his information if he found a cheap part
5. Capacity should be around 64Mb

Search for "sdram" and click the "Integrated Circuits" category on the left.
