How to flash co-processor on UCM-iMX8M-Plus?

I'm looking for instructions on how to flash the Cortex-M7 co-processor on the UCM-iMX8M-Plus. While I've found manuals for Cortex-M4, I'm not sure if the process is the same for M7. Does anyone have experience with this or can point me to the right documentation for the UCM-iMX8M-Plus Cortex-M7 ?
