How to use FatFs library for SD card communication??
« on: June 07, 2021, 04:40:12 am »
Hello everyone,

So I am trying to make a code for Atmega16 to write data in a file on an SD card for my final thesis. I was looking for a library that utilizes SPI routines and that can work along side its SD library and at the end settled on FatFs library for the thesis. In nut shell I know how everything should work thogether but I personally can not pull any info from the page and even tried to understand workings of the library but no luck so if anybody worked with that library and hase some tips and trick that would be great.
Here is a link to library: http://elm-chan.org/fsw/ff/00index_e.html

Thanks in advance

Connecting SD card to ATmega 16 is trivial. I am using SPI pins as UART pins are alredy used up for HC-05 bluetooth module.
