I'm trying to find an IC Programmer for flashing ATMega16U2 and ATMega2560 chips;
Anyone knows if something like this will work? (TL866II)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DHTC44J/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A2J0TMTN1QJCNU&psc=1 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DHTC44J/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A2J0TMTN1QJCNU&psc=1)
For the ATMega2560 I was going to purchase this adapter:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077G16RK6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&psc=1 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077G16RK6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&psc=1)
For ATMega16U2 I was going to purchase this adapter:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0757MJW4P/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&psc=1 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0757MJW4P/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&psc=1)
Thanks for the help!
Anyone has any experience on this?

Why would you want to program them outside of the board?
Get something like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/USBASP-USBISP-AVR-Programmer-Adapter-10-Pin-Cable-USB-ATMEGA8-ATMEGA128-Arduino/323636672471 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/USBASP-USBISP-AVR-Programmer-Adapter-10-Pin-Cable-USB-ATMEGA8-ATMEGA128-Arduino/323636672471) if you want things to be cheap.

For the two sockets links you provided there is no garantie they will work fine for an tl866
As ataradov wrote, an usbisp could do just fine if you have the jtag/isp port cpu on the board ...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077G16RK6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&p;sc=1 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077G16RK6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=AFBR14VXSBPC&p;sc=1) doesnt seem to have its base board / Ie the 44 pins dip to the zif conversion board who's missing ??
Or use the tl866 special port on the side to do the same ... unless you really need them programmed before putting them on a pcb ?
