ID wanted - ST Micro Cortex-M3 ?

Trying to identify this chip. It is probably from ~2009 or so.



Based on this datasheet https://www.digikey.at/htmldatasheets/production/110811/0/0/1/str71xf.html (Fig. 48 / P75-76), I think it is from the STR71x family. Looks like no flash. Can anyone confirm? Can anyone read a date code?

Standard ST date codes are YWW. This is 16th week of either 2007 or 2017. Given the device age, I would assume it is 2007.

It is 64 pin (R), 256K + 16K (2), BGA (H) device in -40-85C temperature range (6). The letter "F" is omitted on the BGA packages. There is no 64-pin version without memory anyway
