Help finding datasheet

I think I googled my life away on this one. Trying to find the datasheet for a Motorola MC705K1CDW like this one:

Haven't turned up anything from all of my searching and am wondering if i'm missing something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

Freescale now have all of the documentation on this device, as others have pointed out it is not the "full" part number,
