But RP2040 has been around for many months now  :)

Anyway, interesting video. I didn't realize AOI could run on one-off PCBs like that, is that realistic?
Or is this just showing an example for a higher volume board.

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world, including Bangladesh.   You can try to check the shipping information yourself from this link https://jlcpcb.com/RHS

Yes that's real demonstration video of JLC assembly process and AOI is part of it, the RP2040 is just an example but that same example board has several components packages, you can check the full assembly process steps here :

Every time I look at your library, the PR2040 has 0 stock.  I would like to make PCBAs with the RP2040, how is this possible if always out of stock?

I use JLCPCB a lot, your services are great, I suggest these improvement into your company, Please make assembly with customer provided parts available too, Because almost all the times we have better part prices and availability from our other Chinese suppliers, also Please integrate membrane panel manufacturing into your services.

You need to use the "global sourcing" option for any part that is not in stock at JLCPCB but is in stock elsewhere. There's a lot of stock for the RP2040 pretty much everywhere.
Of course, this option has an additional cost.

Even tme.eu sometimes have much better prices than lscs but I think it is part of policy and cold calculations because many small customers doesn't have time to hand soldering and they can pay extra fee.
I have waiting for blind vias.

It's been a few years since I've needed blind vias on a prototype, but PCBWAY can do them. Not cheap but they did a good job.

JLCPCB offers up to 20 layers but no blind or buried vias. I'm wondering what you do with > 6 layers and only through-hole vias. :-//

Tons of power planes I guess.
You can get a 50x50mm 8 layer PCB for $2 :o
