Is there a way to get access to unexposed pins of an ESP-32?

I have an ESP32-cam board that is working fine.
I need access to the two DACs but they are not exposed to a pin.
Is there a way to get (reliable) access to these pins?

The two DAC pins are used internally by the camera module, so unfortunately no easy way to reuse them.
