Logic probe cable for MPLAB ICE 2000

It's a 14 way socket with 0.8mm free sockets on each lead for attaching to grabbers.

Does anyone have one in their stash or know the Google/Amazon foo to find something that will do the job?

PS Also looking for the Power supply for the ICE 2000
