Looking for MACHXL 2.1 (free version)

Does anybody have this DOS software?
I've searched Google, Bing, etc. only to find that this does not exist anymore on the Internet.
MACHXL 2.1 is very similar to PALASM 1.5 (available on the Internet) but supported devices are slightly different.
I've got several old MACH211 chips which are supported on MACHXL 2.1 but not on PALASM 1.5.
