mplab xc8 xlcd.h missing?

Last month reinstalled my operating system, then the latest mplab+xc8 and today I found my old lcd hitachi hd44780. But I have a problem, the XC8 v1.37 dont include xlcd.h, actually is missing alot of libraries that I remember

They remove support for LCDs?

Did you read the compiler release notes (see the "Migration Issues" section)?

Microchip has dropped plib in favor of Harmony, but you can still get it from xc8 V1.33. Download it from here while it's till available!
