Title: MYD-C7Z015 board - pros and cons, any possible pitfalls?

I'm new to FPGA and this board looks very attractive spec wise. However, I wonder if that company is reliable and if there are any pitfalls when using it?
I'm mostly interested in using ARM cores and some FPGA logic (translating it from C or OpenCL code), Ethernet, DDR3, PCIe slot, HDMI. Are there any potential problems with this functionality, some hidden fees, etc?
